The last place he showed knocked me off my feet. We went ahead and applied. I got approved without any problems. Peter is proactive, to the point, and fast. He called me, we set up the time for the next day to view 5 apartments. After I picked one and provided him with the required documents, he took care of the rest-getting the docs to the leasing mgr, following up on the approval process, setting up an appointment for me to sign the lease. My first apartment in NYC and the whole process was easy. Make sure you tell the brokers exactly what you are looking for- size, price,location,amenities, etc. Do your research first!
